Mahindra showcases new BLAZO X Tipper - 2019

December 13, 2019: The 10th edition of the EXCON exhibition is being held in Bengaluru from December 10 to 14, where Mahindra Truck and Bus showcases its range of tippers. The loading Optimo was showcased in the LCV range, which is quite popular in mountainous areas, with the all-new Blazo X28 Tipper in the HCV range stopping the show.

Mahindra Truck & Bus CEO Mr. Vinod Sahai said, “Customer centricity and continuous product innovation are at the core of our business. Construction is an intensive, time-consuming process. Ensuring that our vehicles operate continuously for approximately 18 to 20 hours per day is key to the profitability of our customers. The Mahindra BLAZO X tippers are designed for a high level of use. Not only this, the BLAZO X28 tipper comes with guaranteed high mileage, highest pulling power, rugged set, lowest maintenance, and best-in-class cabin. With competitive product superiority, profit guarantee and a 96% uptime guarantee, the BLAZO X28 Tipper is a game-changing offer. "

The Mahindra Truck and Bus product portfolio includes a modern next-gen range of heavy multi-axle trucks, tippers, and tractor-trailers, as well as the LCV range of trucks and buses. The company also entered the truck segment of ICV some time ago, with its Furio range of products and is expected to offer a total of 18 variants in the 5 to 18.5 tonne GVW range. In the HCV space, it competes with market leaders Tata Motors and Ashok Leyland as well as other non-traditional truck OEMs such as Eicher and BharatBank (DICV).

MTB brings its new Blazo X Tipper to the table with fuel smart technology. The power distribution change option helps the driver adjust the power output based on load and road conditions. This would suppress the owner's need to maintain separate tracks for different types of load. Due to the multi-drive mode, driving the tipper in economy mode will save a lot of fuel, while power delivery can be increased to the base requirement for better turn around time in other driving modes. The Mahindra Blazo X Tipper range comes with a 6000-hour or 6-year class-leading warranty on the gearbox, engine, cabin, chassis frame, and rear axle. The Blazo X tippers also come with a fleet telematics solution called the Mahindra Maxx. It includes many intelligent features accessible by fleet operators, which provide real-time information about the vehicle. IMAXX technology has features such as fuel theft prevention, vehicle health monitoring, driver monitoring, location tracking, automation of operation reports, and more. In addition, the Blazo X range of trucks and tippers come with advanced features such as a fully suspended cabin offering improved driver comfort, a modern ergonomic dashboard and a host of utility features.

Mahindra Trucks and buses are ensuring better uptime for long haul vehicles by covering service availability on various routes, with the recently added 1700 km Chennai-Kolkata section. It is the route that covers about 20% of truck movement. In addition, it is the third such service corridor by MTB. Earlier, it covered Delhi-Mumbai (1400 km stretch) and Kashmir-Kanyakumari stretch 3800 km. The company provides 24 * 7 service support to its BLAZO X Tipper customers. The support staff is always ready with mobile service vans to provide mechanical support anywhere during the movement. All service corridors have separate touchpoints in their respective parts. The Delhi-Mumbai section has 27 touchpoints, the Kashmir-Kanyakumari stretch has 41 touchpoints, and the Chennai-Kolkata stretch has 28 touchpoints. MTB guarantees to provide service in these corridors within 2 hours for Delhi-Mumbai, within 4 hours for Kashmir-Kanyakumari and Chennai-Kolkata sections. Every time the service is delayed, the customer will be compensated for every delayed hour.

The entire range of Mahindra Trucks is supported by a rapidly expanding network of over 100 3S dealerships (sales, service, spares) and 210 authorized workshops in addition to 39 parts plazas, all in high-speed parts.
